                JB-Molten Iron Heat Preservation Gathering Cinder Agent, is developed by the iron casting research institute of Shen Yang Commercial Foundry,with the information from Japan,Italy and German,which is new model cover agent,filling the internal gaps.Being tested by Shen Yang Commercial Foundry,No. 1 and No.2 Motor Vehicle
Plant, the product can be widely used in the producing of grey iron
casting,cast iron ,nodular cast iron and cast steel. It is used conveniently,having the advantages of gathering cinder,preventing cinder,keeping heat,shading light,without smoke,taste poison and pollution,effectively remedying the defect of carrying iron cinder,to improve the quality of iron castings.
              The product is appraised by the experts,professors and engineer technical staffs,who are invited by the mechanical and electrical office of Shen Yang, they consider that the product has advantages of gathering cinders, preventing cinders and keeping heat,comparing with other internal products,and has come up to advanced world standard on gathering cinders and preventing cinder. 5 Operating Instructions

      Open the front stove gate ,and when the molten iron is passing the iron trough, you should do some preparation according the demand of the casting's sign.After the iron box is filled with molten iron,dredge up the floated cinders,then well-distribute cover the surface of molten iron with the Heat Preservation Gathering Cinder Agent at once. All these things have done, you can pour. After pouring,the cover agent and cinders are not need to be dredged up.When the molten iron flows into the iron box once more, the cover agent plays the pole of gathering the cinders. After the molten iron fills with the box,dredge up the floated cinder,cover new Heat Preservation Gathering Cinder Agent once more.
